If your account becomes delinquent, Courtney Tidona Inc. reserves the right to pursue collection efforts, including the use of third-party collection agencies or legal action, to recover the outstanding balance. You will be responsible for any additional fees incurred as a result of these collection efforts, including but not limited to legal fees, administrative costs, and interest.

4. Coaching & Results Disclaimer

Your results depend on your own effort, participation, and personal readiness. While this offer is designed to support your transformation, we make no guarantees of specific results.

5. Conduct & Community Guidelines

Respectful behavior is expected in any group components (calls, chat, community). Any behavior deemed disruptive, harmful, or disrespectful may result in removal from the space without refund.
