HOUSE OF WILDFIRE TERMS & CONDITIONS

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending House of Wildfire (“the Experience”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to protect the integrity of the Experience and create clear expectations for all participants.

1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL NO REFUNDS

All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

Due to the nature of this live Experience, your purchase secures a limited-capacity seat and prevents another participant from enrolling. This includes, but is not limited to:

Change of mind

Scheduling conflicts

Travel disruptions

Illness or personal emergencies

Business, financial, or personal circumstances

No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued.

2. PAYMENT PLANS & COLLECTIONS

If you select a payment plan, you are legally obligated to complete all scheduled payments.

By enrolling, you agree that:

Failure to complete payments does not cancel your financial responsibility.

Missed payments may result in removal from the Experience until the account is brought current.

Accounts more than 14 days past due may be sent to collections or legal recovery.

You are responsible for any collection fees, legal fees, or administrative costs incurred in recovering unpaid balances.

Access to the Experience does not alter your obligation to fulfill the full financial agreement.

3. EVENT DATES, VENUE & FORMAT MAY CHANGE

House of Wildfire is a live, curated Experience. Dates, locations, schedules, speakers, and structure may evolve at the sole discretion of the Host.

You acknowledge and agree:

The Host reserves the right to modify dates, venue, timing, or format if necessary.

Changes made for safety, logistics, weather, force majeure, or operational needs do not constitute grounds for refund.

4. TRAVEL & PERSONAL ARRANGEMENTS

Participants are solely responsible for their own:

Travel bookings

Accommodation

Transportation

Insurance

Meals (unless explicitly stated as included)

The Host is not responsible for any costs incurred related to travel changes, cancellations, or delays.

By attending, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with travel and participation in a live group Experience.

You agree to release the Host, team, venue partners, and affiliates from liability for:

Injury, illness, or personal loss

Travel-related disruptions

Acts of nature, weather, or external circumstances

Personal property damage or loss

6. MEDIA RELEASE & RECORDING CONSENT

By attending, you grant irrevocable permission for your image, likeness, voice, and participation to be photographed, filmed, or recorded and used for:

Marketing

Educational materials

Promotional campaigns

Social media

Future program content

No compensation will be provided for such use.

If you do not wish to appear in media, you must notify the team in writing prior to the event. While reasonable efforts may be made, full exclusion cannot be guaranteed in a live environment.

7. CONFIDENTIALITY & PARTICIPATION STANDARD

House of Wildfire is a high-trust environment.

Participants agree to:

Maintain confidentiality of personal and business information shared by others.

Engage respectfully and professionally.

Refrain from solicitation, pitching, or recruiting within the Experience unless explicitly invited.

The Host reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior disrupts the integrity of the container. Removal does not result in refund.

8. FORCE MAJEURE

The Host shall not be held liable for delays, changes, or cancellation due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters, government restrictions, travel interruptions, illness, venue issues, or other unforeseeable circumstances.

In such cases, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule or adapt the Experience.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Host’s liability shall be limited to the amount paid for participation in the Experience and shall not include indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
